At the international exhibition World Expo Milan 2015 was a record listed in the Guinness book of world records. The participants and guests of the event saw the baguette length of 122 meters, is now the longest on the planet. It is made on the occasion of the exhibition.
After the demonstration the audience it was cut, smeared with chocolate oil and treated all comers. Manufacturing of baguette took 8 hours. The process was attended by 60(!) French and Italian bakers. The authorship owned by the Italian company Ferrero, known for its chocolate-peanut butter Nutella.
The previous record belonged to a French supermarket chain that has baked baguette with a length of 111 meters.
Continuing the theme of remember a few years ago in the U.S. city of Newark, California, has prepared the largest Burger. He weighed about 352 kg, the creation of edible “giant” took 14 hours. His meat was roasting on a mobile BBQ. The culinary masterpiece is as follows: 272 kg of raw meat (after the heat treatment the weight decreased to 181), 22.5 kg of cheese, 9 kg of onions, 13.5 kg of lettuce, about 6 kg of pickled cucumbers and 4.5 kg of mustard and ketchup. The dough for the brioche (wet) weigh more than 154 lbs.
